Submit your BOQs, drawings, and schedules securely through QR-Line’s streamlined portal. This form ensures accurate vendor matching, transparent communication, and compliance with your project’s scope. Every submission is encrypted and routed to verified vendors aligned with your trade and location.

 

1. Match your BOQ trade with the BOQ Matrix provided in your onboarding package. This ensures your submission reaches the correct supplier category.

2. Complete the remainder survey - This captures all cost-impacting factors needed to generate a reliable quote.

3. Mutual contact sharing - Once submitted, both you and the matched vendors x 4 will receive each other’s contact numbers to initiate direct communication.

4. Confirmation email: You’ll receive a summary with:

- Supplier contact details x 4 for ensuring an open communication line

- Once the form is submitted the pricing information goes to the respective vendors x 4 including    confirmation emails x 4 to the users inbox where vendors will respond to the RFQ. You will receive contact details and be able to track the email request form quotation once the form has been submitted. 

5. Supplier access: All information provided in this form will be shared with the vendors to enable accurate pricing and project alignment.
