2. Subscription Access

Each subscription tier (e.g., 4-user or 8-user) is limited to the number of users specified at the time of purchase. Only pre-approved email addresses will be granted access. Attempting to bypass these controls or share access externally is strictly prohibited.

3. Supplier Information

Q-Line provides users with verified supplier lists tailored to their business needs. These lists are confidential and intended for use by the subscribing business only. You agree not to share supplier contact details, pricing, or availability with other suppliers or third parties. Any attempt to coordinate, compare, or exchange supplier information may be considered collusion, which violates our platform’s ethical standards and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

Q-Line is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform, including supplier performance, pricing changes, or business outcomes. Users are responsible for verifying supplier compliance and suitability.

5. Intellectual Property

The Form is powered by QR‑Line’s proprietary supplier BOQ matrix. This system is our exclusive intellectual property and may only be used for legitimate contractor–supplier matching. Any copying, redistribution, or misuse of the matrix is strictly prohibited.
