Q-Line provides users with verified supplier lists tailored to their business needs. These lists are confidential and intended for use by the subscribing business only. You agree not to share supplier contact details, pricing, or availability with other suppliers or third parties. Any attempt to coordinate, compare, or exchange supplier information may be considered collusion, which violates our platform’s ethical standards and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, and automation tools on the Q-Line platform are the intellectual property of Cubic Contractors (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Q-Line is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform, including supplier performance, pricing changes, or business outcomes. Users are responsible for verifying supplier compliance and suitability.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
