1. Match your BOQ trade with the BOQ Matrix provided in your onboarding package. This ensures your submission reaches the correct supplier category.

2. Complete the remainder survey - This captures all cost-impacting factors needed to generate a reliable quote.

3. Mutual contact sharing - Once submitted, both you and the matched vendors x 4 will receive each other’s contact numbers to initiate direct communication.

4. Confirmation email: You’ll receive a summary with:

- Supplier contact details x 4 for ensuring an open communication line

- Once the form is submitted the pricing information goes to the respective vendors x 4 including    confirmation emails x 4 to the users inbox where vendors will respond to the RFQ. You will receive contact details and be able to track the email request form quotation once the form has been submitted. 

5. Supplier access: All information provided in this form will be shared with the vendors to enable accurate pricing and project alignment.

2. Subscription Access

Each subscription tier (e.g., 4-user or 8-user) is limited to the number of users specified at the time of purchase. Only pre-approved email addresses will be granted access. Attempting to bypass these controls or share access externally is strictly prohibited.

3. Supplier Information

Q-Line provides users with verified supplier lists tailored to their business needs. These lists are confidential and intended for use by the subscribing business only. You agree not to share supplier contact details, pricing, or availability with other suppliers or third parties. Any attempt to coordinate, compare, or exchange supplier information may be considered collusion, which violates our platform’s ethical standards and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, and automation tools on the Q-Line platform are the intellectual property of Cubic Contractors (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Q-Line is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform, including supplier performance, pricing changes, or business outcomes. Users are responsible for verifying supplier compliance and suitability.

• How do I request a quote? You simply select your BOQ trade, fill in a guided request form and submit. QR-Line will automatically match your request to verified vendors.

• Do I need to upload a full BOQ? No. a detailed description for your trade required and/or drawings

• Can I request quotes for multiple trades at once? Yes. You can submit multiple quote requests across different trades. Each will be matched to the appropriate vendor pool.

• How long does it take to receive quotes? Most users receive vendor responses within 24–48 hours, depending on the trade and project scope. A confirmation email and contact numbers will be sent to your inbox as soon as you click submit on the form.

• Is my project information shared publicly? No. All quote requests are handled privately within the QR-Line system. Only matched vendors receive your request.
• Can I request a specific vendor? Yes, you can include your own supplier in the form and receive 4 quotations
